Join Our Team at Sanner Hotell! We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our team at Sanner Hotell in Granavollen, Hadeland. We are situated in a rural enviroment about one hour from Oslo and 40 minutes from Gardermoen Ariport. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a historic hotel that blends tradition with modern comforts. Who We Are Looking For: We seek a passionate Chef who is dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing dishes according to established routines and profitability goals. A strong team player who excels in a friendly and collaborative environment would thrive in this role. For the right person, the sous chef posititon is available, primarily the daytime shifts and you will be responsable for making and presenting breakfasts and lunches. We would like you to have relevant experience, so you can become an independent and self-reliant contributor in our kitchen. We are primarily looking for a long time employment, so you will have to enjoy living outside the big city. You will need a car and a place to live. We would prefer you to understand and speak norwegian, but english is also fine. Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality dishes in line with our food concept
• Maintain daily mise en place for various services
• Follow established guidelines on food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Foster good cooperation between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Ensure kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces are kept clean and well-organized
• Work will mainly cover the daytime shift, and weekends according to the shiftplan.
